New location will be dedicated to specialized services and support for growing global business

Parsippany, NJ, and New York, NY, 31 May, 2017 – Acrow Bridge, a leading international bridge engineering and supply company, which currently has supplied bridges to some 80 countries in Africa, Asia, Oceania, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, announced that it has opened a New York City office to serve as headquarters for its international business development operations. The office is operating under the direction of Paul Sullivan, Acrow Bridge’s Vice President of International Business Development.

Acrow Bridge specializes in the design, manufacture and supply of prefabricated modular steel bridges. Its corporate headquarters are in Parsippany, New Jersey and its manufacturing plant is in Milton, Pennsylvania.

Acrow’s durable steel bridges are manufactured in and shipped from the United States using materials sourced in the USA, with quality assured through auditing and certification by three independent organizations: the International Standards Organization (ISO 9001), the American Institute of Steel Construction for bridges (AISC) and the European Conformity Standard (CE). The structures are virtually maintenance free and are designed to support heavy loads and to withstand severe weather conditions for a service life of 75 years or more.

“The opening of a New York office dedicated to our international business is an important milestone in our company’s long history and demonstrates the commitment Acrow has to support the needs of our global customers,” said Bill Killeen, President and CEO of Acrow Bridge. “We are pleased that our bridges continue to provide improved flow to people and commerce, and that the transfer of technical knowledge to local workers on how to build and maintain our bridges helps countries create robust skills-building programs.”

“New York City is the ideal location for supporting our global operations and the increasing demand for infrastructure investment worldwide,” added Sullivan. “As we continue to broaden our network of financing partners, our presence in New York puts us in close proximity to financial institutions and other stakeholders and will also allow us to access top international talent.”
